Q: When are you open? We are open 7 days a week, Monday-Friday 5p-3a and Saturday-Sunday 12p-3a.
Q: Do you accept TO-GO orders? We do NOT accept call-in TO-GO orders so we can better serve on our in-house guests and honestly, our kitchen is way to small to accept ghost orders.
If you live in the neighborhood and want to walk over and order food TO-GO, please come on down! Please note: we will not box TO-GO orders after 10pm due to high volume, But we will give you a box to pack up your food while you sip on a cold beer.
Q: I keep calling but no answer! How do I get in touch? We’re sorry we can’t get to the phone right now…most likely there’s a line out the door!

Q: Can I make a reservation? Sorry, we do not accept reservations. we operate on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED basis only!!!
Q: Can we buy Dino’s out for a night to celebrate our dog’s birthday? Can we get married at Dino’s? Can we host a birthday party on the patio? As much as we’d love to party with you on your big day, we are simply too busy! If you’d still like to inquire about an event at dino’s, please fill out the “buyouts” form.
Q: Can I bring my kids and/or my dog? Yes! please note that we are a 21+ establishment after 8pm.
If you’d like to bring your dog, please ENTER AROUND BACK and be sure to keep your bff on a leash at all times. please please pleasE pick up the poop!
Q: My loved one has a peanut allergy, can we still eat your famous fries? We currently do not have anything on our menu that contains actual peanuts nor do we use peanut oil for our fryer. However, we do work with a multitude of ingredients that may or may not be made in a factory or kitchen using peanuts and/or peanut oil so unfortunately, we cannot guarantee anything.
If you still decide to visit us, please check-in with a manager upon arrival.
